2026 Writing Class

We only provide online Zoom classes.

Time:

April 1 to Jun 19, 12 weeks class. We provide three level classes.

Level I class ( K - 1st grade, students need to know how to read.): Wednesday 6:30-8:00pm

Level II class (2nd - 3rd grade): Thursday 6:30-8:00pm

Level III class ( 4th grade and above): Friday 6:30-8:00pm

What to do in the class:

In this writing class, we will explore various writing conventions and purposes, equipping students to write effectively in a range of contexts. Students will practice expository, persuasive, and narrative writing, developing essential skills through each stage of the writing process—outlining, drafting, editing, and revising—to produce high-quality work. This course will lay the foundation for the many essays and creative pieces students will write in the future. Specifically we will be covering:

⁃Punctuation

⁃Sentence Structure

⁃Narrative Essays

⁃Expository Essays

⁃Persuasive Essays

⁃Personal and Formal Letters

⁃The Writing Process

Homework

Students will get writing homework each class. The teacher will check the homework and make comments before next class.

Refund and make up class Policy

The tuition is non-refundable. If a student cannot attend a class, please give us notice in advance. We will send you the class video and homework. If a student wants to quit the class, we will give you class credit. You can use the credit for any class in the future.
